Care for your furniture
One of the most important components of developing a long lasting product with value is the finish that is used. That is why we use premium quality finishes that are specially formulated to reveal the deep, long lasting beauty of natural wood. We carefully apply these finishes to protect against scratches, abrasions, stains and moisture. These fine finishes developed the unique "feel" that allows your hand to really experience the rich feel of a premium furniture grade finish that gives true value to the piece.
How to take proper care...
Remove dust...
Dust buildup, made up of small airborne particles, may scratch or dull the surface if not removed correctly. Simply wipe the surface with a cloth damped with a cleaning polish or mild detergent.
Clean...
Fingerprints, cooking fumes, smoking residue, etc., accumulates on any finished surface. None of these contaminants will harm our finish, but they should be periodically removed to restore the finish to its original luster. Just wipe the surface with a cloth damped with a non-wax containing polishor mild detergent solution. Avoid the use of ammonia based products or silicone oils as they may cause damage if used over a long period of time. The finish is durable and resistant to most household spills. However, spills should be wiped up promptly to avoid potential problems. Excessive prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, high temperature, freezing and high humidity can cause damage to both the finish and the wood itself. These conditions should be avoided. Following these simple steps will keep your finished piece looking like new for many years.
