We maintain the highest workmanship standards

Restoration process may be delayed due to
additional problems discovered only after the
item has been disassembled or due to
unfavorable weather conditions.
The price estimated are firm unless otherwise
noted on the estimate form or if additional work
is needed as described thereafter.
In the event that additional work is needed due
to additional problems discovered upon the
disassembly of the item and that they was unable
to be detected during the preliminary
inspection. We will notify the customer, discuss
the problem and solutions and obtain the
authorization to proceed if additional charges
are incurred prior to apply any additional billing.
Estimates and proposals are valid for 30 (Thirty)
days unless otherwise specified.
Estimate fees are not refundable and can not be
deducted or applied toward the cost for the

33% down payment deposit for labor and

All accounts are COD unless an open account
has been filed and approved. Terms for open
accounts are net 20 days of invoice.

fully paid accounts.
Elcraft will repair free of charges any defect that
will arise do to poor workmanship and/or
materials for the original owner.
Warranty does not cover any material, and
hardware etc. , that has been provided by the
customer or has been provided by Elcraft as a
convenience (Through our selection of catalogs),
defects caused by misuse and/or abuse, and/or
excessive use and or poor design.
Wood is a natural material and may warp, shrink
or crack, especially after being moved to a
different climate area, therefore Elcraft can not
be responsible and honor any warranty for such
type of defects.
The customer is responsible to bring any
defective item to our shop, otherwise, any pick
up, delivery, transportation and shipping cost
will be charged to and paid for by the customer.
Our warranty is limited to the original owner and
at the place of delivery.
A basic service call fee of $ 95.00 (plus mileage if
outside the 20 miles range from our shop) will be
applied to customers requesting us to go to
inspect warranty issues at the customer
residence or place of business.
Elcraft shall be the sole judge as to the cause of
any defects under this conditions.
Glasses and mirrors:
Old glasses and mirrors are extremely fragile
and in some instances, due to the age, they may
break with a minimum stress, vibration or
change in temperature.
Despite we pay the maximum attention while
handling, dismantling, storing and re-installing
old glasses or mirrors, Elcraft can not be liable
for the accidental breakage of such items.
If any payment of part thereof is not made within
5 (Five) working days of the due date (Invoice
date) The customer agrees to pay to Elcraft a
late fee of 1.75% per month on the amount due
with a minimum late payment charge of $ 5.00 per
A storage charge of $ 1.00 per day per item, with
a minimum storage charge of $ 10.00, will be
charged to the customer for any item(s) not
picked up by the customer or has been
undeliverable to the customer for any reason,
after 5 (five) working days from the completion
date (Invoice date) or after 5 (five) days if the
required deposit has not been paid in full or
from the date any item is in Elcraft's possession
to disposal of the item(s) if the deposit check is
returned for non sufficient funds.
In the event of a math error, the itemized cost of
and for each item will be the actual cost(s).
If Elcraft has attempted to make a scheduled
delivery and the customer failed to take delivery
for any reason, the customer agrees to pay
another delivery fee each time a scheduled
attempt to deliver is made.
The above apply also to delivery where the
customer is unable to pay the balance due at the
time of the delivery and the item(s) are returned
back to Elcraft.
Their shall be no cash refunds. In the event a
refund is issued by Elcraft, it shall be a, no cash
value, in shop credit for any available service
When a job is scheduled, if a cancellation or any
request to postpone the scheduled job is issued
by the customer, there will be a fee of 20% of the
total cancelled or postponed job charged to the
customer to compensate for the losses of other
jobs that were not awarded due to the previous
The customer agree's that Elcraft shall not be
liable for any losses, damages, including
consequential damages, detention, delay or
failure to perform in whole or in part resulting
from causes beyond our control and including
but not limited to: Acts of God, war, fires, strikes,
insurrections, riots, embargoes, delays in
transportation, inability to obtain supplies, acts
or omissions of contractors.
Delays or non performance excused by this
provision shall not excuse payment of any
amount due to Elcraft at the time of the

It is agreed that Elcraft shall not be liable to the
customer in the event of a fire or any other
casualty of property loss.
It is the customer responsibility to provide
whatsoever insurance the customer deems
necessary to protect the customer's goods or
property while in the custody of Elcraft.
Waiver of loss:
The customer hereby releases Elcraft from any
claim of damages or losses to the customer's
merchandise, goods or property of any reason
or cause whatsoever except willful neglect.
Venue and legal fees:
Venue and interpretations for any and all
proceedings shall be in the city of Nederland or
Jefferson County Texas.
